The location of the apartment was convenient, being close to a train station for easy access to Edinburgh. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a huge TV and comfortable beds. the shower room was spotless with soft towels provided.
There were some cleanliness issues in the apartment, with coffee stains and dirty bedding. the windows showed signs of cracking and mold, and one of the chairs had mold on it.

This fantastic flat in Falkirk was perfect for our recent visit. We were greeted by the helpful staff member, Tiffny, who made us feel very welcome. The central heating and kitchen appliances were easy to use, and we appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. The beds were comfortable, the shower room was spotless, and the towels were soft. The spacious rooms were well-equipped, the area was quiet and safe, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. great value and a handy location near the train station for trips to Edinburgh.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient, close to a train station for easy access to Edinburgh. The staff, especially Tiffny, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if there were more options available.

the location was excellent for our visit and we were warmly greeted by a staff member named Tiffny. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making sure we were familiar with the heating and kitchen appliances. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a spotless shower room. the thoughtful touch of providing tea, coffee, milk, and sugar for our arrival was much appreciated. the property was also conveniently close to a train station for easy access to Edinburgh. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The flat was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our romantic escape. We enjoyed being able to spread out and eat in, and the convenience of having a train station nearby to explore the area. The host was quick to respond to any questions and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. The pillows were not of the best quality, although the mattress was comfortable.
